Vesiurheilukeskus Laguuni Oy is Finland’s largest watersports center, floating restaurant and sauna. Located in Espoo and Helsinki, Laguuni, is a summer favourite amongst locals and tourists alike. Laguuni recognised that it was time to take their community marketing to the next level and turned to Brandcrafty for help.
In addition to launch activities, our task was to build authentic relationships with customers through engaging content and optimised communications. We wanted to ensure that the content was always diverse and topical on social media, newsletters, and blogs. As we are now entering our third year of cooperation, we are adding a more strategic focus to our palette along with digital marketing.

Researching and validating the Sukkaboksi subscription service
CHALLENGE:
Novita had a webstore and wanted to start developing a subscription business model for its clients. Initially, they decided to build the concept in-house but it soon became clear that they needed Brandcrafty’s help and expertise in order to build a viable subscription business.
SOLUTION:
We started gathering customer insights to better understand the requirements for the concept. This understanding allowed us to further develop the concept together with Novita. Additionally, we supported Novita with launch strategy and execution.
