We started with internal research and proceeded with testing. In-depth interviews allowed us to discover the true value of Exove as an employer and digital marketing allowed us to test the USP in action.
With our help, Exove was able to refine their EVP to attract potential employees. Additionally, testing the copy on a bigger scale allowed us to discover the most efficient messaging that crystallized the newly refined EVP.

Brandcrafty did the groundwork and validated Exove's Employer Value Proposition
Our cooperation with Exove kicked off in October 2021. We started by rolling up our sleeves and interviewing some of Exove’s employees to better understand the unique characteristics of their employer brand. We also benchmarked their competitors.
Once we had done the groundwork, we workshopped and developed different key value propositions together with Exove’s team to ensure they reflected their targets and work culture. We then tested them with digital marketing campaigns on Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook.

In addition, an important outcome of the EVP project was the way Exove’s values became clearer internally in the company. This is the first step of creating a lasting impression and enables their values to shine externally to potential applicants as well.
